Are masks required for all guests?

While inside Prudential Center, the Parking Deck presented by Ford or on the sidewalks surrounding the arena, all guests above the age of 2 will be required to wear a mask that covers the mouth and nose at all times. Gaiters, bandanas and coverings with exhalation valves or vents are prohibited, and the use of a face shield does not eliminate the requirement to wear a face covering underneath (except as noted below). When actively eating or drinking in assigned seating locations guests may temporarily lower their masks.

Any guest who is unable to wear a face covering due to a medical condition must provide at least 24 hours advance notice to Prudential Center via the method outlined below.

  • Any guest who wishes to seek a medical exemption must notify Prudential Center by emailing GuestServices@PruCenter.com and include “Face Mask Medical Exemption Request”.
  • Please include the guest’s name, the game/event the person will be attending, and seat location in the email. A Prudential Center Team Member will follow up with additional information.

Any guest requiring an accommodation that fails to notify Prudential Center via the method outlined above and attempts to enter without a face covering will be denied entry.

Any guest who is unable to wear a face covering due to a medical condition will be required to wear a face shield at all times while at Prudential Center except if necessary when actively eating or drinking in your designated seating location.

If the temperature remains above 100.4 they will not be permitted to enter and will be offered a refund.
