As we welcome fans back to Prudential Center, we’ve built a comprehensive plan to protect the health of our guests, featuring designated, distanced seating; contactless transactions; and enhanced cleaning procedures.
From ticketing to concessions and all the information on our health and safety protocols, we’ve built an easy-to-use website accessible through your mobile device.
The procedures we’ve added to create a safe viewing experience are consistent with the first-class fan experience we’ve always provided at Prudential Center, and that will remain unchanged
Our plans to welcome back fans safely have been implemented based on health experts and the latest guidelines from the NHL, the CDC and the State of New Jersey.
We’ve added new cleaning equipment and procedures to be implemented before, during and after events, and our housekeeping team members have been trained to use this new equipment.
All Prudential Center staff have been trained on our new safety policies and additional Guest Services Members will be on site to ensure compliance for our fans. Additionally, all staff are required to complete a symptom check prior to each shift.
We’ll be cleaning and disinfecting high-touch common areas before, during and after events tracking each area to ensure consistency. In addition, we’ve added touchless hand sanitizers throughout the arena and will be utilizing electrostatic sprayers and UV-C units in our cleaning processes.
We have instituted an air quality improvement plan, in conjunction with outside engineers, to maximize air flow rates and filtration including utilizing MERV-13 filters.
Mobile ticket options are available for parking near Prudential Center at Parkmobile and Ticketmaster.com.
Prudential Center will exclusively utilize mobile ticketing, with our arena staff scanning tickets without contact to avoid direct interaction.
Fans can order Devils gear and concessions items via their mobile device, with individually wrapped, single-serve menu options available for contactless pickup in sealed bags.
We have more than 300 hand sanitizing stations throughout the arena for fan usage.
We’ve designated distanced seating areas to be occupied solely by members of the same household, and our Guest Services Members will ensure proper social distancing in restrooms, at concession pickups and all areas throughout the arena.
Before traveling to Prudential Center, please follow all recommendations for regular hand washing and frequent hand sanitizing, wearing a mask and remaining socially distanced from those outside your immediate household.
If you are not feeling well, have a temperature, or have had close contact with an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19 we ask you to not travel to Prudential Center.
The CDC and the State of New Jersey have issued guidelines on circumstances in which it is necessary to quarantine or limit travel to and from specific areas. Please follow those guidelines.
If you are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms, exposure or diagnosis once inside the arena, please notify the Prudential Center staff.
Protecting yourself and others at Prudential Center begins outside the arena. Please wear your mask throughout your trip if traveling by public transit, and from the time you exit your car if driving, as well as during the entirety of the event inside the arena.
Our seating plan has been designed to keep fans safe and socially distanced. You can make our seating plan effective by remaining in your designated neighborhood with those you have come to the game with.
If you have to leave your neighborhood to pick up concessions or visit the restroom, please follow our signage and instructions throughout the arena to remain properly socially distant from other guests.
After picking up your concession items, please bring them back to your neighborhood seating area to enjoy. Do not eat on the concourse or in common areas throughout the arena.
The only exception is while fans are actively eating and drinking in their assigned seats.
To limit crowding upon entry, fans will be assigned a specific time and entrance to use. Please follow your schedule and have your mobile tickets ready when you approach your entrance.
Bags are not permitted inside of Prudential Center. The only exceptions are soft sided clutches/purses/wallets under 4” x 7” that do not have a shoulder strap or chain attached, and medical or childcare bags under 12” x 16” x 6”. Patrons with exceptions should enter at the Ford Tower or the Lafayette Street entrance and expect to have their bags X-rayed. Bags that do not meet these expectations must be returned to the guest’s vehicle or stored in a Prudential Center supplied locker at the guest’s expense. Lockers are located outside the Ford Tower and Lafayette Street entrances.
Be prepared to participate in a health screening when entering Prudential Center.
We’ll be keeping you updated on our procedures through email, social media and our website, along with signage throughout the arena and our dedicated Guest Services Members. Please follow all instructions for your safety and others.
Prudential Center has an abundance of directional and instructional signage to keep fans safe and informed. Please follow all instructions presented.
Elevators are only available to be used by guests with ADA needs and require that anyone accompanying those guests be part of their ticketed neighborhood.
We’re excited to have you back at Prudential Center. Enjoy the game!
