Trained and licensed service or guide animals are welcome at Prudential Center and may rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. All other animals are prohibited.
There are 2 ATMs located throughout Prudential Center. The locations are as follows:
One at the RWJBarnabas Hockey House ,
One on the Main Concourse – Outside Sections 6
Bags up to 12"x14" are permitted inside Prudential Center. Backpacks of all sizes however, are not permitted into the arena.
Bag(s) larger than 12" X 14", are not permitted, with the exception of childcare or medical bags.
Permissible larger bags will be X-rayed.
All bags are subject to search by Prudential Center security team members at each point of entry.
Bags that do not meet these expectations must be returned to the guest’s vehicle or stored in a Prudential Center supplied locker at the guest’s expense. Lockers are located outside the M&M's Tower and Lafayette Street entrances.

For some events, small, non-professional cameras without an external flash or extendable lens may be brought into Prudential Center. Please note that for certain events, cameras may not be permitted. Video and audio equipment, GoPros, selfie sticks, professional cameras (with a lens of 2.5 inches or greater) and recording devices are strictly prohibited. Fans may not reproduce any film, digital, video or audio recording for commercial purpose without the express written consent of Prudential Center.

Children over two years of age must have a ticket in order to gain entrance to Prudential Center. Children under two years may enter without a ticket but must sit on their parent’s or guardian’s lap. Please check the event’s ticket policies at the time of purchase as ticket policies vary per event.
Arena doors will open approximately 60-90 minutes prior to the start of an event but times may vary per event. Please check the event page on prucenter.com to see when doors open for each specific event.
In the event that a guest needs emergency attention, notify the nearest security guard, usher, ticket taker or go to a Guest Services Center located on the concourse near Sections 9 and 114.
In the event of an emergency evacuation, follow the direction of Prudential Center representatives to exit the arena in a safe manner. Upon arrival to Prudential Center, all guests should take a moment to find the exits that are nearest to their seats.

Prudential Center has seven Family Restrooms located throughout the arena.
New: Guests may NOT bring their own food and/or beverages to any Prudential Center event.
Legends Hospitality offers a variety of concession stands and food options throughout the arena. At this time fans have the option to order through their mobile device for a contactless experience www.prucenter.com/safety-concessions or at open concessions stands for the tradition concession stand experience.
Guests with specific/special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should call Guest Services at (973) 757-6000 or email guestservices@prucenter.com prior to attending the event.
First Aid Stations are located on the Main Concourse and the Upper Concourse.
During events the First Aid Stations are staffed by paramedics. If for any reason you are unable to make it to a First Aid Station, please summon a Guest Services or Security representative and they will alert a paramedic.
Guest Services Centers are available to answer questions, collect lost and found, provide Assisted Listening Devices and wheelchair escort services and provide special assistance to guests. There are two Guest Services Centers:
Lost and Found is located at the Guest Services Center outside Sections 9 and 114. All Lost and Found items will be held for two weeks and then will be donated to local charities. For further information, please call Guest Services at 973-757-6000 or email guestservices@prucenter.com.
Prudential Center is easily accessible by NJ Transit trains, PATH, Amtrak, Light Rail and Bus. Newark Penn Station is located a short two blocks east of the arena. To exit Prudential Center towards Newark Penn Station, use the Citizens Tower by heading to the northeast corner of Prudential Center near Sections 20-22, 130-133 or 231-233. To access public transit buses to Broad Street Station, exit onto Edison Place or Lafayette Street and go ½ block west to Broad Street. The Devils Den Team Store operated by Fanatics is located near the Prudential Center Box Office on the corner of Mulberry Street and Edison Place. The Devils Devils Den is open Monday – Friday, from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. and has extended hours on game nights.
In addition, on game nights, there are additional team stores located inside Prudential Center at the following locations:
Prudential Center is proud to have a private place for nursing guests. Please visit Guest Services behind section 9 to access the Mamava nursing pod located on the Suite Level. To help better prepare, we suggest downloading the Mamava app, located in the App store by searching “Mamava”
There are several parking facilities within close proximity to Prudential Center. Guests can purchase guaranteed, pre-paid parking for events at Prudential Center through Click and Park’ Reservations.
To purchase pre-paid parking, guests must visit Click and Park Reservations to select a date and a parking location. Once purchased, a Parking Pass will be emailed with detailed directions to the selected parking lot. Each lot is within walking distance of Prudential Center. Pre-paid parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and all parking spaces are limited. There are no refunds or exchanges. Each Parking Pass is only valid for the date and event shown on the pass. Guests must present their valid Parking Pass at the designated parking area in order to gain access.
Due to the new player entrance to the ice, fans entering and exiting the M Lounge by BMW via the VIP West entrance will be asked to wait momentarily by a security guard to allow the players to enter and exit the ice. Pregame stop times are approximately 41 minutes, 14 minutes and 5 minutes before puck drop. Fans will also be asked to wait immediately before and after the second and third periods.
For safety reasons, guests are refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items. Illegal items will be confiscated and turned over to the police. If a guest is found inside the arena with prohibited items, the items may be confiscated, and the guest may be ejected from the facility.

Prudential Center has a NO RE-ENTRY policy during events, with certain exceptions, such as a medical necessity. In these cases, the guest must coordinate with a Guest Services Supervisor before exiting the arena. Please ask the nearest Guest Services or Security representative to speak with a Guest Services Supervisor.
Celebrate a birthday by displaying your special someone's name on Prudential Center’s scoreboard during the Happy Birthday Wishes presented by Calandra’s Bakery in the second intermission. This opportunity is free for Devils Members and can be reserved for a $50 donation to Devils Care for non-Devils Members. For more information, visit newjerseydevils.com/birthday.
The Prudential Center scoreboard is generally not used during concerts. The scoreboard is only used for announcements pertaining to the concert. Other screens are brought by the tour and are preprogrammed for their use.
For guests sitting in a section and facing the event floor, Seat No. 1 will be to the right hand side of that row. For concerts and events with floor seating, the seating chart varies. For more information, call Guest Services at 973-757-6000 or email Guest Services for more information.
The number of seats in each row and the number of rows varies according to each event. Most sections on the Main Concourse sections have rows of 20-24 seats. Sections on the Upper Concourse have 9-14 rows.
New: All patrons are subject to a security check. Guests should plan on passing through magnetometers and/or hand wand screening before each event and allow for this in planning their arrival time for events. Bags are not permitted in Prudential Center at this time. Visit prucenter.com/safety for details on exceptions for medical and childcare needs.

Prudential Center is pleased to provide signed performances for our hearing-impaired guests for certain events. Patrons requiring sign language interpretation services for any event at Prudential Center, should complete the ASL Interpreter Request Form 3 weeks in advance of the requested event, although we will do our best to accommodate requests received within 3 weeks of the event. Please contact our Guest Services Department at guestservices@prucenter.com for any additional questions.
Prudential Center is a smoke and tobacco-free arena, including electronic cigarettes. This policy includes all indoor and outdoor areas within 25 feet from all entrances and exits of the arena. Smoking is also prohibited in previously designated smoking areas, including Prudential Center balconies and Championship Plaza.
Prudential Center is able to store prohibited bags in storage lockers located outside M&M's Tower and Lafayette Lobby Entrance (25 Lafayette Street, Newark NJ). These lockers range in price from $8 to $10. Stored items are subject to a security screening prior to being placed in a locker and must be collected at the end of the event.
Small, fold-up umbrella strollers are permitted in Prudential Center. Fold-up strollers should be stored under a seat. Strollers that cannot fit under a seat will not be permitted in the arena but guests may check strollers at the Guest Services Centers near Sections 9 and 114.
Prudential Center provides guests with an in-game texting service, allowing guests to text issues to Prudential Center Management anonymously and discretely without having to leave the comfort of their seats. Guests may text 507.PC.GUEST (507.724.8378) and a team member will respond accordingly. Standard data fees and text messaging rates may apply based on your plan with your mobile phone carrier. Please note that use of the Guest Services text line is subject to the polices listed in the Prudential Center A-Z guide, including the Guest Code of Conduct which can be found here.
Umbrellas are permitted inside Prudential Center. Umbrellas must always remain closed inside the arena and may not have a pointed end. Umbrellas must be stored in a way that does not impact other guests’ view and experience of the event. Prudential center retains the rights to decide if an umbrella is deemed dangerous and is thus prohibited from being brought into the arena.
All ticket holders are welcome to watch warm-ups for all Devils hockey games from the time doors open through the end of warmups (approximately 20 minutes prior to puck drop.)
Guests are permitted to watch from their ticketed section or if they do not have a ticket on the main concourse and would like to watch, they may watch from the first 6 rows of sections 2-4 (2,3,and 4) and 12-14 (12, 13, and 14) if the seat is not occupied by the actual ticket holder.
Please note that all guests that are not watching from these rows and areas, will be asked to show their ticket to remain in the section.
Complimentary wheelchair escorts are available for all events at Prudential Center. Guests should alert a Guest Services representative when they arrive at the arena that they would like a wheelchair escort to their seat and a Guest Services representative will provide that assistance.
Please be aware that our staff do not remain with guests during the event, nor may guests remain in any arena-owned wheelchair during the event.
Will Call windows are located at the Ticketmaster Box Office at Prudential Center. Accessible via the entrance on Edison Place next to the Citizens Tower. To pick up will call tickets, guests must present a valid photo ID. It is also recommended that guests bring the credit card used to purchase the tickets. For most events, Will Call will open 3 hours prior to show time.
