Prudential Center is a facility that is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). To purchase accessible seating, visit ticketmaster.com or call the dedicated number for ADA purchases is 800-877-7575

1. Visit Ticketmaster online, select the event, and click on the "Request Accessible Tickets" link or icon.
2. Prudential Center Box Office also sells accessible seating. Please visit the Box Office page for hours and more information. The box office does not process phone orders. For questions/concerns regarding accessible seating, please contact Guest Services at guestservices@prucenter.com.
3. For select events, on the day that tickets go on sale, accessible seating is ONLY available at ticketmaster.com and by calling the dedicated number for ADA purchases 800-877-7575. Tickets are NOT available at Prudential Center's Box Office on the day that tickets go on sale.

Designated parking is available for guests with disabilities. These spaces, including van-accessible spaces, are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate. The opportunity to purchase these accessible spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. To purchase event parking please visit prucenter.clickandpark.com

Assistive Listening Devices are available for hearing-impaired guests at all Prudential Center events. Please visit our Guest Services Center located outside section 9 on the Main Concourse and request an Assistive Listening Device. Guests will be required to leave valid identification such as a driver’s license as a security deposit. This is a complimentary service.

Prudential Center provides captioning services at New Jersey Devils Games, Seton Hall games, and any other event for which a guest reasonably requests such services. For more information regarding our captioning service, please contact our Guest Services Department at guestservices@prucenter.com.

Prudential Center is equipped with elevators that access all public areas of the arena. Guests who require special assistance in reaching their seats are asked to please contact our Guest Services Department at guestservices@prucenter.com in advance or see any Guest Services representative during the event.

The pick-up and drop off location for guests with special needs is located at the arena entrance at the corner of Mulberry and Lafayette Streets. Ramps are provided for entrance through the M&M's Lafayette Tower.

All restroom facilities at Prudential Center are accessible. In addition, there are seven family/unisex restrooms available on all levels of the arena.

• Infiniti Suite Level 1– Outside Suite 120 and 127
• Suite Level 2 – Outside Suite 216 and 217
• Upper Concourse – Outside Sections 110, 115 and 127

Prudential Center has teamed up with Kulture City to provide a sensory friendly and inclusive environment for guests with sensory issues. Sensory bags are available at Guest Services Centers for guests to utilize at all events.

Trained and licensed service or guide animals are welcome at Prudential Center and may rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle.

Prudential Center is pleased to provide signed performances for our hearing-impaired guests for certain events. Patrons requiring sign language interpretation services for any event at Prudential Center, should complete the ASL Interpreter Request Form 3 weeks in advance of the requested event, although we will do our best to accommodate requests received within 3 weeks of the event. Please contact our Guest Services Department at guestservices@prucenter.com for any additional questions.

Complimentary wheelchair escorts are available for all events at Prudential Center. Guests should alert a Guest Services representative when they arrive at the arena that they would like a wheelchair escort to their seat and a Guest Services representative will provide that assistance. Please be aware that our staff do not remain with guests during the event, nor may guests remain in any arena-owned wheelchair during the event.

For guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their own wheelchair/mobility device, Guest Services will store devices at the Guest Services Center located on the Main Concourse outside Section 9 or the Upper Concourse outside Section 114. Guest Services representatives will make arrangements to return the mobility device at the end of the event, or any other requested time.
