This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of phones, smart watches and accessories, will not be permitted in the performance space. Anyone seen using a device (phone, smart watch or accessories) during the performance will be escorted out of the venue.

Please have your ticket ready to be scanned in the security line. Once scanned, you will receive a physical ticket for your seat location. Upon arrival at the venue, all phones, smart watches and accessories will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times, and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space.

Please note that as this is a device-free event, you will not be able to use Apple Pay at concessions. Please use a credit card or avail of the free Reverse ATMs (cash-to-card) located at Sections 1, 14, 125 and inside the Box Office Lobby.
Guests should allow at least 45 mins for security checks.
Guests with Floor Seat tickets (Section A - F) should please enter via Citizen's Tower and follow signs for Floor Seating.

How to transfer tickets?

Guests wishing to transfer tickets must log into their Ticketmaster account and manage transfers from there.
General Admission Line

Guests with general admission tickets may begin lineup at 8:00AM on the show day. The general admission line will being at the Citizens Tower on the corner of Mulberry St. and Edison Place.
Bag Policy

Bags up to 12"x14" are permitted inside Prudential Center. Anything larger, including backpacks, are not permitted, with the exception of childcare or medical bags. Permissible larger bags will be X-rayed. All bags are subject to search by Prudential Center security team members at each point of entry. Bags that do not meet these expectations must be returned to the guest’s vehicle or stored in a Prudential Center supplied locker at the guest’s expense. Lockers are located outside the Ford Tower and Lafayette Street entrances.
Chains

Small necklaces/chain jewelry is permitted for this event.
Cameras

Small, non-professional cameras without an external flash or extendable lens may be brought into Prudential Center. Video and audio equipment, GoPros, selfie sticks, professional cameras (with a lens of 2.5 inches or greater) and recording devices are strictly prohibited. Fans may not reproduce any film, digital, video or audio recording for commercial purpose without the express written consent of Prudential Center.
