Devils Arena Entertainment LLC, New Jersey Devils LLC and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and other related entities (which may include the Philadelphia 76ers, Binghamton Devils, and others) (collectively, “HBSE Parties” “we,” “our,” or “us”) are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you online through the Website. For some services, we may post links on the Website to other merchants, sites and services who may collect and use your personal information. For instance, when purchasing tickets to our events, you may be sent to ticketmaster®, Fanatics®, New Jersey Devils®, or another third-party website. We are not related to and have no control over other websites and the parties that administer them, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to any information that you may submit to them. What Personally Identifiable Information We Collect

If you would like to participate in certain activities, use certain services or obtain products from us on our Website, we may require you to submit personally identifiable information, which is used to facilitate your participation in the activities or delivery tickets and/or other products and services to you. Interactive Features. In the case of contests, drawings, sweepstakes, promotions, chat rooms, newsletter registrations, fantasy games, webcasts or other interactive features that may or may not involve a purchase, we may require users wishing to participate to complete and submit an entry form, or complete a registration process, which may require the submission of certain personally identifiable information, such as, but not limited to a user’s: first and last name, zip code, mailing address, telephone number, age, email address, hobbies, income, interests, and demographic information. Winners of contests, drawings, sweepstakes and/or promotions may be required to provide additional personally identifiable information. By participating in these activities, you are agreeing to the official rules that govern them, and those rules include any privacy policies that are distinct from this Privacy Policy. If the privacy policy varies for a particular sweepstakes or promotion, that information will be disclosed in the sweepstakes or promotion rules.

Purchases. An online credit card transaction is required in order to complete the purchase of a ticket, or certain other products and/or services through the Website. Such transactions are completed through one of our third-party service providers that we have linked from our Website. If you complete a payment transaction, you will be sent to the third-party service provider’s website to complete your purchase after selecting a product or service to purchase. During this process, the third-party service provider may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including credit card information. The HBSE Parties do not have access to information you provide to such third-parties, and do not control the collection, use, or disclosure of such information. Correspondence. If you send us personal correspondence by electronic means, such as email, we may collect and maintain information provided by the correspondence in a file specific to you.

Registration, Contests, Fantasy Games and Other Services: Before gaining access to certain Website services, you may be asked to complete a registration form (via formstack or otherwise) and provide personally identifiable information. You also may be asked to choose a user ID and password in order to take advantage of certain features that the Website may offer, such as contests, forums, fantasy games, webcasts or other subscription-based services.

Newsletters and Email Updates: The Website may offer free newsletters to share information with you about the Website, about us and our affiliates, or about our business partners, advertisers and sponsors. At times, you may have to register to vote or to take part in a survey. If you decide to participate you may have to provide personally identifiable information. Chat Rooms, Forums, and Message Boards: The Website may make chat rooms, forums and message boards available to you. While we believe our disclosure of your personally identifiable information will result in opportunities that may be of interest to you, you have the opportunity to tell us not to give your information to any third party for marketing purposes. Your opt-out request must include your name, email address, and mailing address, and any requests sent by regular mail must be signed. We will process your request within a reasonable period and in compliance with applicable law. You also may opt out by clicking on the appropriate opt-out links contained in our applicable email communications or Website registration forms. Note that after you opt out you may still receive email messages from us relating to transactions with which we are mutually involved, for example we may send you an update on the status of a ticket order.

Third-Party Tracking and Do Not Track. Third parties may use data collection tools in connection with our sites and applications, which may include the collection of information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these third-party technologies because we may not control them and we are not responsible for them. Do Not Track is a technology that enables users to opt out of tracking by websites they do not visit. Currently, we do not monitor or take any action with respect to Do Not Track technology.

The Website incorporates commercially reasonable and appropriate safeguards designed to protect the security, confidentiality and privacy of your personally identifiable information collected at the Website in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide personal data to us, we will transfer your personal data to the United States where our servers are located.
