Dating back to their first meeting more than 20 years ago, the Devils hold a winning record vs. this Western Conference opponent. In their first matchup on October 26, 1991, New Jersey welcomed the Sharks to the National Hockey League by unloading on them offensively on their way to a 9-0 victory. Doug Brown, Claude Lemieux, and Tom Chorske each had two goals in the game. Don't miss your chance to see the Devils take on the Sharks.
In their two matchups during the 2022-23 season, the Devils won both games. The Devils and Sharks split their 2023-24 season series with a win each.
The 2024-25 NHL season features two matchups between the Devils and Sharks. The Devils host the Sharks on November 10 in Newark. They travel to San Jose on January 4 for the second and final game of the regular season.
