In the 2023-24 season, the Devils hosted the Stars on Saturday, January 20 at the Prudential Center, losing 6-2. The Devils returned the favor on March 14, beating the Stars on their home ice with a 6-2 final score. New Jersey had six different goal scorers, and Jake Allen made his debut as goalie for the Devils, stopping 35 shots.
